Frouard announce birth of baby boy

Malynda and Julien Frouard are very pleased to announce the birth of their son, Neal David Lucien Frouard.

Neal was born on June 12, 2020 at 3:44 p.m. in Rockville, MD.

He weighed 8 lbs 2 ozs and was 21 1/4 inches long.

Neal is welcomed home by his big sister, Élodie, age 2. Grandparents are Lisa and Dave Chizek, Toledo, and Dominique and Lucien Frouard, La Roche sur Yon, France.

Neal’s Great-Grandmas are Alice Chizek, Traer, and Joan Andersen, Ames.
