Rangel Birth

Joaquin Rangel age 3 would like to announce the birth of his new baby sister Loulou Winnie Rangel.

She was born Sept. 14, 2010 at Mary Greely in Ames. She weighed 8 pounds 8 ounces and was 20 inches long.

Her parents are David and Bailey Rangel, Tama.

Grandparents are Randy and Cindy Thompson, Toledo and Jose and Carman Rangel, Tama.
