Rick and Brianne Silva are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Zoe Merces Silva.

She was born Dec. 3, 2009, at 6:39 p.m., in Orlando Fla. She weighed 8 pounds 1 ounce and was 21 inches long.

Grandparents are Daniel and Rebecca Gross, Orlando, Brian and Tammy Plowman, Montour. Great Grandparents are Ruth Plowman, Carl Bearden and Bruce and Barb Muecke.
