Arrest Report – Tama County Jail

Thursday, Nov. 30

Pedro Antonio Perez-Perez (44) of Tama was arrested for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo.

Nichole Peyton (41) of Cedar Rapids was arrested for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo. He was sent/released on Dec. 7.

Friday, Dec. 1

Kristopher Scott Smith (27) of Marshalltown was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance — third by the Meskwaki Tribal Police in Tama.

Anthony Ivan Garcia (21) of Marshalltown was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine by the Meskwaki Tribal Police in Tama. He was released the same day on a promise to appear.

Michael Joseph Scott (35) of Tama was arrested for three counts of felony forgery, four counts of lottery — forged/theft of ticket and four counts of lottery — fraud/coerce/tamper by the Tama Police Department in Tama.

Scott Lawrence Reavis (60) of Dunkerton was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo. He was released on bond Dec. 6.

Saturday, Dec. 2

Donyale Maria Jones (35) of Marshalltown was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo. She was sent/released on Dec. 7.

Sunday, Dec. 3

David Lynn King (32) of Garwin was arrested on a warrant and for third degree criminal mischief by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Garwin. He was released on bond the same day.

Amy Lashell Anderson (41) of Garwin was arrested on a warrant and for third degree criminal mischief by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Garwin. She was released the same day on bond.

Monday, Dec. 4

Jeremy Michael Rayman (43) of Belle Plaine was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo. He was released on bond the same day.

Tuesday, Dec. 5

Andrea Nicole Raffield (41) of Reinbeck was arrested on warrants for prohibited acts — schedule IV/V controlled substances, tampering with records and dependent adult abuse exploit elderly by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Gladbrook. She was released the same day on bond.

Mary Jo Newberg (57) of Tama was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and interference with official acts by the Tama Police Department in Tama. She was released the same day.

Richard Emery Branan (56) of Tama was arrested for possession of a controlled substance — first, second, third and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama Police Department in Tama. He was released on bond the same day.

Charles Lynn Poafpybitty (49) of Tama was arrested for driving while barred by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo.
