Arrest Report – Tama County Jail

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Thursday, Nov. 2

Cheyenne Adrian Tyon (49) of Tama was arrested for public intoxication by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo. He was released the following day after pleading guilty.

Walter Anibal Mauricio-Sacarios (24) of Tama was arrested for domestic assault — bodily injury first by the Tama Police Department in Tama. He was released on bond Nov. 4.

Friday, Nov. 3

Justin Kinsey O’Brien (22) of Cedar Rapids was arrested for OWI — first offense, unsafe approach to stationary vehicle, operating non-registered vehicle and failure to provide proof of financial liability insurance. He was released on his own recognizance the same day.

Saturday, Nov. 4

Jake Dylan Witt (25) of Tama was arrested for public intoxication, false identification of law/public service official and indecent exposure by the Tama Police Department in Tama. He was released the same day on a promise to appear.

Jason Allen Kunz (46) of Waterloo was arrested for OWI – first offense by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Garwin. He was released on bond the same day.

A juvenile was arrested for assault with intent — serious injury, simulate public intoxication — first, interference with official acts and disorderly conduct — fight/violence by the Tama Police Department in Tama. The juvenile was shipped out the following day.

Sunday, Nov. 5

Donaldo Martinez Mireles (25) of Tama was arrested for OWI — first offense, improper lane change, open container — driver 21 years or older and no valid driver’s license by the Meskwaki Tribal Police in Toledo. He was released the same day on a promise to appear.

Ismael Cervantes Flores (19) of Toledo was arrested for driving while license denied/revoked — OWI by the Meskwaki Tribal Police in Toledo.

Monday, Nov. 6

Jeremy Lee Ragsdale (41) of Clutier was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo.

Jagger Cain Purk (30) of Tama was arrested on an out of county/state warrant by the Tama Police Department in Tama.

Paul Harlyn Wieland (69) of Dafter, Mich., was arrested on an out of county/state warrant for fifth degree theft by the Meskwaki Tribal Police in Tama.

Tuesday, Nov. 7

Alejandro Garcia-Figuerdo (52) of Chelsea was arrested for domestic assault impede air/blood flow by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Chelsea. He was released on his own recognizance the same day.

Barren Lance Sanache (50) of Tama was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo. He was released on bond the same day.

Donald Wellington Wanatee Jr. (41) of Tama was arrested for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo.

William Franklyn Osborne III (36) of Toledo was arrested on a warrant for unlawful school bus pass by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo. He was released on bond the same day.

Armando Ayala-Gonzalez (45) of Marshalltown was arrested for possession of controlled substance first, second, third, driving while barred, title transfer violation, driving under suspension and failure to display registration plate by the Meskwaki Tribal Police in Montour. He was released on his own recognizance the following day.

Wednesday, Nov. 8

Dominic O’Shea Greer (29) of Toledo was arrested for possession of controlled substance — first, second, third, possession of drug paraphernalia and an out of county/state warrant by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo. He was released on his own recognizance the same day.

Piseth San (34) of Minneapolis, Minn., was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance first, second, third, and operating vehicle without owner’s consent by the Meskwaki Tribal Police in Tama.

Brian Robert Yuska (40) of Toledo was arrested for two counts of child endangerment and interference with official acts by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo. He was released on his own recognizance the following day.
