Thursday, Oct. 19

Daniel Lee Wilson (51) of Clutier was arrested on an out of county/state warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Clutier. He was shipped out the same day.

Jason Michael Howell (49) of Gladbrook was arrested for fifth degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Gladbrook. He was released the same day after pleading guilty.

Charles Lynn Poafpybitty (49) of Tama was arrested for driving while barred by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo. He was released on a promise to appear the following day.

Michelle Leigh Balmas (45) of Toledo was arrested for possession of a controlled substance first, second, third and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo.

Jamison Michael Earl Keith (18), no known address, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance first, second, third and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo.

Friday, Oct. 20

Brandi Marie Cannon (38) of Readlyn was arrested on warrants for failure to maintain control and OWI — first offense by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Traer. She was released on bond the following day.

Andrew William Cannon (39) of Traer was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance — third, violation of a no-contact order — domestic and unlawful possession of prescription drugs by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Traer. He was released on his own recognizance the following day.

Saturday, Oct. 21

Faruk Pehlic (32) of Waterloo was arrested for driving while barred, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance — first, second, third, possession of a controlled substance — marijuana first and violation of a restricted license by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo. He was released the same day on bond.

Jose Angel Garcia (23) of Toledo was arrested for possession of a controlled substance first, second, third and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo.

Monday, Oct. 23

Steven James Buchanan Jr. (53) of Toledo was arrested for violation of parole by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo. He was shipped out on Oct. 27.

Tuesday, Oct. 24

Micheal Andrew Darling (37) of Chelsea was arrested on a warrant for sex offender registry violation — second offense and a failure to appear warrant in a separate case by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo.

Jose Martin Padilla-Arrazola (25) of Des Moines was arrested on an out of county/state warrant by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo.

A juvenile was arrested by the Toledo Police Department on two warrants and a failure to appear citation.

Wednesday, Oct. 25

Abraham Colon (60) of Muscatine was arrested for OWI — first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with official acts, possession of a controlled substance — first, second, third and possession of a controlled substance third by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo. He was granted pretrial release the same day.

Aleyah Lambert Powell (24) of Toledo was arrested on an out of county/state warrant by the Tama Police Department in Toledo.

April Marie Steil (43) of Tama was arrested on an out of county/state warrant by the Meskwaki Tribal Police in Tama. She was released the same day.

Simon Lee Buffalo (42) of Tama was arrested for driving while barred, speeding and driving while license suspended by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo. He was released the following day on a promise to appear.

Stephen Robert McLaren (69) of Dysart was arrested for violating the conditions of pretrial release by the Dysart Police Department in Toledo. He was released the following day on bond.

Cassidy Lynne Johnson (35) of Traer was arrested on a warrant for obstruction of prosecution or defense by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Traer.
