Arrest Report – Tama County Jail

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Thursday, Oct. 12

Connor Lewis Weltzin (30) of Marshalltown was arrested on an out of county/state warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Garwin.

Ruth Alma Stevens (55) of Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo. She was released on her own recognizance on Oct. 19.

Thomasine Keahna (45) of Des Moines was arrested for violating the conditions of pretrial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo. She was released the following day on bond.

Luciano Montillo-Perez (41) of Dallas, Texas, was arrested for no valid driver’s license and open container — driver 21 years or older by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Traer. He was released the following day after pleading guilty.

Felicitas Sosa-Encarnacion (40) of Tama was arrested on a warrant for two counts of felony forgery by the DOT in Tama. She was released Oct. 16 on bond.

Friday, Oct. 13

A juvenile was arrested for fifth degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department.

Bostyn Richard Doyle (20) of Tama was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama Police Department in Tama.

Falon Taris Kapayou (23) of Tama was arrested on a warrant for driving while license suspended, a warrant for OWI — third offense and driving while barred by the Meskwaki Tribal Police and the Toledo Police Department in Toledo.

Saturday, Oct. 14

Heri Lopez-Nunez (23) of Marshalltown was arrested on a warrant for fifth degree theft by the Meskwaki Tribal Police in Tama. He was released the same day after pleading guilty.

Deven Ray Spinks (33) of Toledo was arrested for four counts of unlawful possession of prescription drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo. He was also arrested for felon in control of a firearm by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Chelsea. He was released on bond for the Toledo PD charges the same day and for the county charges on Oct. 19.

Chase Smith Walker (38) of Morgan, Utah, was arrested on two warrants and for possession of a controlled substance second, possession of drug paraphernalia and felon in control of a firearm by the Meskwaki Tribal Police. He was released on bond on Oct. 16.

Sunday, Oct. 15

Krista Catherine Earhart (41) of Grinnell was arrested for driving while barred by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Chelsea. She was released the same day on a promise to appear.

Hector Dario Hernandez Hernandez (32) of Marshalltown was arrested for OWI — third offense and interference with official acts by the Meskwaki Tribal Police in Montour. He was released the same day on a promise to appear.

Russell Todd Fisher (53) of Toledo was arrested for OWI — second offense by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo. He was released the same day on a promise to appear.

Ryan Jason Papakee (51) of Tama was arrested for public intoxication. He was released the following day after pleading guilty.

Monday, Oct. 16

Juan Ramon Santiz Santiz (22) of Tama was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo. He was released on bond the same day.

Antonia Reitinger (36) of Tama was arrested for violating the conditions of her pretrial release by the Tama Police Department in Toledo. She was released on bond the following day.

Tuesday, Oct. 17

Deven Ray Spinks (33) of Toledo was arrested on a warrant for tampering with a witness or juror by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Chelsea. He was released on bond Oct. 19.

Matthew Richard Hessel (43) of Des Moines was arrested for third degree theft by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo.

Todd Wayne Moore (40) of Gladbrook was arrested on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo. He was released on bond the same day.

James N. Bullshoe (31) of Tama was arrested for second degree criminal mischief, assault while displaying a dangerous weapon, assault while participating in a felony and assault with bodily injury by the Tama Police Department in Tama. He was also arrested for interference with official acts — weapon by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Tama.

Wednesday, Oct. 18

Michael Douglas Grimes (31) of Marshalltown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo.

Quincy George Hodgins (45) of Cedar Rapids was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo.

James N. Bullshoe (31) of Tama was arrested on four counts of violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo.

Jared Don Davenport (21) of Marshalltown was arrested on an out of county/state warrant by the Meskwaki Tribal Police in Tama.
