Arrest Report – Tama County Jail

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Thursday, Sept. 28

Austin Lee Anthony Stanley (25) of Evansdale was arrested for driving while barred by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo. He was released the following day on his own recognizance.

Friday, Sept. 29

Kenneth Alan Fulmer (64) of Toledo was arrested for OWI — first offense by the Tama Police Department in Toledo. He was released the same day on his own recognizance.

Ana Louise Ochoa (36) of Tama was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear by the Meskwaki Tribal Police in Toledo.

Jose Rocha Murillo (37) of Tama was arrested for no valid driver’s license and open container — driver 21 years or older by the Tama Police Department in Tama.

Leigha Irene Welch (31) of Toledo was arrested for interference with official acts by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo. She was released the same day after pleading guilty.

Deven Ray Spinks (33) of Toledo was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo. He was released the following day on bond.

Saturday, Sept. 30

Angela Dawn Himschoot (52) of Marshalltown was arrested for fourth degree theft by the Tama Police Department in Tama. She was released the same day on her own recognizance.

Bostyn Richard Doyle (20) of Tama was arrested on four warrants for failure to appear by the Tama Police Department in Toledo. He was released the same day on bond.

Jorge Luis Laguna-Razo (34) of Charlotte, N.C. was arrested for OWI — first offense, open container — driver 21 years or older, reckless driving, no valid driver’s license and following too close by the Meskwaki Tribal Police in Montour.

Sunday, Oct. 1

Benjamin Angel-Buenrrostro (26) of Tama was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance — marijuana first by the Tama Police Department in Tama. He was released the same day on a promise to appear.

Donald Trey Swenson (31) of Tama was arrested for domestic abuse assault — first and assault with bodily injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Tama. He was released on his own recognizance the following day.

Robert Michael Vest (41) of Tama was arrested for contempt — violating a no-contact order by the Tama Police Department in Tama. He was released the following day on bond.

Monday, Oct. 2

Malcolm Edward Jones (31) of Marshalltown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo. He was released on his own recognizance on Oct. 5.

Tuesday, Oct. 3

Charles Robert Davidson (41) of Blairstown was arrested on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo. He was sent/released on Oct. 6.

Casey Conan Avery (28) of Waterloo was arrested on a warrant for sex offender registry violation — first offense and on an additional count of sex offender registry violation — first offense and sex offender verification — first by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo.

Tyler Lovejoy (24) of Tama was arrested for OWI — first offense, speeding and failure to provide proof of financial liability insurance by the Tama Police Department in Tama. He was granted pretrial release the following day.

Wednesday, Oct. 4

Todd Raymond Bird (57) of Gladbrook was arrested on two counts of harassment — third degree by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Traer. He was released the same day after pleading guilty.

Dawson Kyle Davenport (43) of Tama was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo.

Santiago Saquic Xirum (31) of Tama was arrested for driving under suspension, permit operation of a vehicle with suspended registration and dark window or windshield by the Tama Police Department in Tama. He was also arrested by the DOT for two counts of fraudulent practices third — $500 to $1,000.

Leigha Irene Welch (31) of Toledo was arrested for two counts of violation of probation and interference with official acts by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo. She was released the following day on bond.
