Thursday, Sept. 7

A juvenile was arrested for domestic assault — pregnant person first offense, and two counts of domestic assault — bodily injury first by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo.

Kacee Jo Wilson (43) of Toledo was arrested for possession of a controlled substance — first, second, third and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo.

Darrell Desha Jordan (24) of Toledo was arrested for violation of probation and on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo.

Friday, Sept. 8

James Harold Tewell (63) of Oskaloosa was arrested for OWI — first offense, possession of a controlled substance — first, second, third, possession of drug paraphernalia, fraudulent use of registration and failure to provide proof of financial liability insurance by the Meskwaki Tribal Police in Tama.

Landon Dean Timm (18) of Traer was arrested for possession of a controlled substance — first, second, third by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Traer. He was released on his own recognizance the following day.

Dianne Lynee McMinn (54) of Davenport was arrested for OWI — third offense and driving under suspension by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Montour.

Saturday, Sept. 9

Jessica Kathleen Jacobson (27) of Dysart was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with an expired license by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo.

Sunday, Sept. 10

Therese Phillip (49) of Waterloo was arrested for OWI — first offense and failure to obey stop sign/yield right-of-way by the Meskwaki Tribal Police in Tama.

Jose Luis Avalos-Garcia (32) of Tama was arrested for possession of a controlled substance — first, second, third, driving under suspension and driving while license suspended by the Meskwaki Tribal Police in Tama. He was released the following day on bond.

Monday, Sept. 11

Juliet Clarice Morgan (59) of Tama was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo. She was released on bond the same day.

Michael Curtis Branch (47) of Waterloo was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo.

Victor Ernest Hernandez Moreno (23) of Marshalltown was arrested on two counts of violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo. He was shipped out Sept. 15.

Steven James Buchanan (53) of Toledo was arrested for violation of parole by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo. He was released the following day.

Tuesday, Sept. 12

Brent Joseph Thompson (38) of Oelwein was arrested for violating the conditions of his pretrial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo. He was released on bond the same day.

Michael Robert Vest (40) of Tama was arrested for public intoxication by the Tama Police Department in Tama. He was released after pleading guilty the following day.

Wednesday, Sept. 13

Cory Lynn Snyder (34) of Reinbeck was arrested on two warrants and for unauthorized use of a credit card < $1,500 by the Tama Police Department. He was also arrested for unauthorized use of a credit card $1,500 to $10,000 by the Meskwaki Police Department in Tama.
