Thursday, Aug. 17

Marcus Ruben Castillo (25) of Marshalltown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and for two counts of violation of the conditions of pretrial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo.

Quinten Duran Nelson (32) of Tama was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and trespass first offense by the Tama Police Department in Tama. He was released Aug. 24.

Friday, Aug. 18

Noah Matthew Bailey (24) of Cedar Rapids was arrested for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo. He was released the same day on bond.

Juan Saban Perez (24) of Tama was arrested for OWI — first offense, no valid driver’s license and false identification of law/public service officer by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo. He was released the following day on a promise to appear.

Amphay Songkhamdet (53) of Marshalltown was arrested for OWI — first offense by the Meskwaki Tribal Police in Tama. He was released on a promise to appear.

Sunday, Aug. 20

Jeffrey Darrell Ebert (61) of Grinnell was arrested for driving while license denied/revoked OWI, driving while license suspended and failure to provide proof of financial liability. He was released the same day on a promise to appear.

Jose Antonio Acosta Ruiz (39) of Spencer was arrested for OWI — first offense and driving under suspension by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo. He was released on a promise to appear the same day.

Joshua Andrew Mask (38) of Traer was arrested for domestic abuse assault — first, criminal mischief third degree and assault with bodily injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Traer. He was released on his own recognizance the following day.

Gilberto Solis-Contreras (25) of Tama was arrested for disorderly conduct — fight/violence by the Tama Police Department in Tama. He was released the following day after pleading guilty.

Omar Martinez-Santiago (34) of Tama was arrested for disorderly conduct — fight/violence by the Tama Police Department in Tama. He was released the following day.

Monday, Aug. 21

Jami Lea Jones (46) of Cedar Rapids was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo. She was released the following day on bond.

Tuesday, Aug. 22

Renetta Eagle Plume Durnin (34) of Toledo was arrested for violating the conditions of his pretrial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo.

Douglas Lee Davis (29) of Marshalltown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo. He was released the same day on bond.

Nathan Daniel White (39) of Traer was arrested on an out of county/state warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Traer.

Wednesday, Aug. 23

Jalen Travon Jackson (26) of Hiawatha was arrested for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo. He was released on bond the following day.
