Thursday, Aug. 10

Tony Adam Harris Jr. (35) of Marshalltown was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo.

Trae Louis Redix (22) of Toledo was arrested for criminal mischief third degree and eluding — injury, OWI, drug by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Gladbrook. He was released the following day on bond.

Friday, Aug. 11

Marian Lisa Roberts (55) of Tama was arrested for violation of probation by the Meskwaki Tribal Police in Toledo. She was released on Aug. 17.

Saturday, Aug. 12

Leigha Irene Welch (31) of Toledo was arrested for possession of a controlled substance — marijuana third and theft third degree — $750 to $1,500. She was released the same day on a promise to appear.

Deven Ray Spinks (33) of Toledo was arrested for possession of a controlled substance — second and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo. He was released the same day on a promise to appear.

Robert James Morgan (35) of Tama was arrested for two counts of fifth degree theft and two counts of felony forgery by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo. He was released the following day on his own recognizance.

Elora Adriana Contreras (27) of Tama was arrested for third degree theft and felony forgery by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo.

Sunday, Aug. 13

Jennifer Nichole Lassuy (26) of Marshalltown was arrested for driving while barred and failure to provide proof of financial liability insurance by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Traer. She was released on her own recognizance the same day.

Michael Arturo Avila (19) of Toledo was arrested for first degree harassment by the Tama Police Department in Toledo. He was released the same day on a promise to appear.

Elora Adriana Contreras (27) of Tama was arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled substance — third.

Alexah Marva Mauskemo (29) of Tama was arrested for trespass — first offense by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo. She was released the following day after pleading guilty.

Monday, Aug. 14

Derek J. Hutchinson (34) of Tama was arrested for two counts of violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo.

Bonnie Ann Putter (34) of Tama was arrested for child endangerment — serious injury and OWI — first offense by the Tama Police Department in Tama. She was granted pretrial release the following day.

Ana Louise Ochoa (36) of Tama was arrested for fourth degree theft by the Tama Police Department in Tama. He was released the following day on a promise to appear.

Tuesday, Aug. 15

Quinten Duran Nelson (32) of Tama was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear by the Meskwaki Tribal Police in Toledo.

Luis Felipe Ordaz Ochoa (29) of Marshalltown was arrested for three counts of violation of probation by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo.

Michael Douglas Grimes (31) of Marshalltown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo.

Wednesday, Aug. 16

Alexander Bradley Cass (32) of Cedar Rapids was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo. He was released the same day on bond.

Gary Robert Sumpter (54) of Reinbeck was arrested for assault — displaying a dangerous weapon, going armed with intent and for a warrant by the Meskwaki Tribal Police in Tama. He was released the following day on bond.
