Arrest Report – Tama County Jail

June 21-27, 2022

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

June 21

Maria E Martinez, 58, of Chelsea was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Martinez was released the same day on bond.

John Paul Fay, 44, of Independence was arrested by the Department of Transportation for driving while barred. Fay was released the next day under his own recognizance.

Victor Marcos, 41, of Tama was arrested by the Tama Police Department for public intoxication, and providing false identification to a public service official. Marcos was released the next day after pleading guilty.

Manuel Savador Ochoa-Serna, 46, of Tama was arrested by the Tama Police Department for interfering with an official act causing bodily injury. Ochoa-Serna was released the next day on his own recognizance.

Gregory Curtis Newsome Jr, 30, of Tama was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Newsome Jr was released on July 29 on bond.

Benjamin Larry Ernest Kutzner, 39, of Marshalltown was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on two charges of failing to appear in court. Kutzner was released the next day by order of the court.

Dustin Joseph Barkdoll, 41, of Garrison was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for failing to appear in court.

June 22

Danny Ceniseros, 47, of Marshalltown was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for trying to purchase prostitution services, and OWI (second offense). Ceniseros was released the same day on a pre-trial release.

Brandon James Pippert, 29, of Gladbrook was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for driving while barred and theft in the fifth degree. Pippert was released the next day on his own recognizance.

John David Henderson, 39, of Montour was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for failing to appear in court.

Ian Niles Kapayou, 33, of Tama was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for OWI (third offense), driving with a denied or revoked license from OWI, driving under suspension, operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, unlawful use of a license, and failing to provide proof of financial liability. Kapayou was released the next day on a surety bond.

June 23

Leigha Irene Welch, 29, of Toledo was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for OWI (first offense) and failing to provide proof of financial liability. Welch was released the same down on her own recognizance.

Ana Louise Ochoa, 35, of Tama was arrested by the Tama Police Department for violation of a domestic no contact order.

June 24

Anthony Curtis Grant, 33, of Cedar Rapids was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for violation of a domestic no contact order and speeding. Grant was released the same day after pleading guilty.

Manuel Savador Ochoa-Servana, 46, of Tama was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for OWI (first offense) and failing to provide proof of financial liability. Ochoa-Servana was released the same day on a pre-trial release.

Marquan Montrese Daril Harrington, 22, of Waterloo was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for two charges of driving under suspension, speeding, interference with an official act, violation of controlled substances, drug tax stamp violations, and OWI (first offense). Harrington was released the same day on a surety bond.

Kenneth Alan Fulmer, 63, of Toledo was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for domestic abuse impeding the air and blood flow to the throat and possession of controlled substances. Fulmer was released the next day on his own recognizance.

July 26

Jagger Cain Purk, 29, of Tama was arrested by the Tama Police Department for driving under suspension and failing to provide proof of financial liability. Purk was released the same day for agreeing to appear in court on his own.

June 27

Andrew Jacob Magnall, 31, of Sumner was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for driving under suspension for driving under suspension. Magnall was released the same day after agreeing to appear in court on her own.

Robert Duane Posekany, 23, of Chelsea was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for OWI (first offense), possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and having an improper registration light lamp. Posekany was released the next day on his own recognizance.

Richard Alec Mitchell, 57, of Fairfax was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for failing to appear in court.
