Arrest Report – Tama County Jail

June 15-20, 2022

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

June 15

David Earl Lentner, 56, of Tama was arrested by the Tama Police Department for possession of drug paraphernalia, being ineligible to carry a weapon and possession of a controlled substance. Lentner was released the same day on a pre-trial release.

Derek J Hutchinson, 33, of Tama was arrested by the Tama Police Department for driving with a suspended or revoked license due to OWI.

Jared Jayson Piper, 41, of Tama was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for two violations of probation.

June 16

Balene Ramari Mitchell, 21, of Davenport was arrested by the Meskwaki Tribal Police for OWI (first offense). Mitchell was released on his own recognizance the next day.

Rainelle Jade Papakee, 24, of Toledo was arrested by the Meskwaki Tribal Police for assault with intent to injure. Papakee was released the same day on bond.

June 17

Tyler Lovejoy, 23, of Walthill Nebraska was arrested by the Tama Police Department for domestic assault resulting in bodily injury and interfering with an official act resulting in bodily injury. Lovejoy was released the next day on bond.

Joel Paul Thayer Enriquez, 27, of Marshalltown was arrested by the Meskwaki Tribal Police for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while barred. Enriquez was released the same day under his own recognizance.

Jodi Leigh Williams, 38, of Victor was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for second degree theft, second degree burglary and providing false information.

Brooke Maree Hickman, 36, of Beaman was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for driving while barred.

Benjamin Jay Mikel Ryerson, 47, of Marshalltown was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant.

Daniel Lee Hawkins, 36, of Brooklyn was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for OWI (first offense) and having improper rear lamps. Hawkins was released the next day under his own recognizance.

David Leroy Mckee, 46, of Casey was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for OWI (first offense) Mckee was released the next day on his own recognizance.

June 18

Brandee Lynn Brown, 33, of Garwin was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for OWI (first offense). Brown was released the same day under her own recognizance.

Marquis Shaquille Haynes, 22, of Marshalltown was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for OWI (first offense), speeding and driving with a suspended license. Haynes was released the same day under his own recognizance.

Dayton Royce Lasley-Sanache, 29, of San Antonio Texas was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for public intoxication. Lasley-Sanache was released the same day after pleading guilty.

Azra Rayne Papakee, 21, of Tama was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for OWI (first offense), possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding. Papakee was released the next day on a pre-trial release.

Tara Clark Garcia, 44, of Keystone was arrested by the Meskwaki Tribal Police for possession of a controlled substance, keeping a vehicle or premise for controlled substances, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Garcia was released the next day on bond.

Jason Dean Siemens, 31, of Tama was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for OWI (third offense) and a registration violation. Siemens was released the next day on bond.

June 19

Nolan Durrel Walker, 35, of Cedar Rapids was arrested by the Tama Police Department for public intoxication. Walker was released the next day after pleading guilty.

Lorilynn Ravae Papakee, 26, of Fort Dodge was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for failing to appear in court, and driving under a suspended license. Papakee was released the next day on bond.

Carolyn Jasmine Montes, 19, of Toledo was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for OWI (first offense), improper registration plate lights, violation of a restricted license and failing to provide proof of financial liability. Montes was released the next day on her own recognizance.

June 20

Ana Louise Ochoa, 35, of Tama was arrested by the Tama Police Department for domestic assault resulting in bodily injury and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ochoa was released the next day on her own recognizance.

Christopher Paul Cecak, 37, of Toledo arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for violation of probation. Cecak was released the same day on bond.
