Arrest Report – Tama County Jail

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

June 1

Johnathon Cabral Rodriguez, 38, of Marshalltown was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for violation of probation.

Prentiss R Wolf III, 34, of Tama was arrested by the Tama Police Department for public intoxication and knowingly having a fireman while under disability.

June 2

Zachariah Dean Edwards, 38, of Toledo was arrested by the Tama Police Department for driving while barred.

June 3

Katelyn Nichole Vance, 26, of Traer was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for driving while barred.

Peter Joseph Stoffel, 73, of Cedar Rapids was arrested by the Meskwaki Tribal Police for threat of terrorism and first degree harassment. Stoffel was released the same day on a surety bond.

Tyler Dean Erickson, 30, of Tama was arrested by the Tama Police Department on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Erickson was released the same day on a surety bond.

June 4

Andrea Mae Mckiernan, 39, of Traer was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for OWI (second offense), possession of drug paraphernalia, unsafe driving or towing of a vehicle, and violation of a restricted license. Mckiernan was released the same day on a pretrial release.

Gabriel Louis Garcia, 23, of Tama was arrested by the Tama Police department for public intoxication. Garcia was released the same day after pleading guilty.

Nicholas William Zook, 38, of Traer was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for driving while barred, violation of registration and failing to provide proof of financial liability.

David Joseph Dolezal, 59, of Toledo, was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Dolezal was released the same day on bond.

Kailey Brianna Serros, 18, of Gilbert was arrested by the Meskwaki Tribal Police for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and stopping on a paved part of the highway.

June 5

Jeffrey Fuentes, 20, of Tama was arrested by the Tama Police Department for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, obstruction of prosecution or defense and interference with an official act. Fuentes was released the next day on a pretrial release.

June 6

Roeles Reyes Cavazos, 27, of Tama was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for violation of a domestic no contact order. Cavazos was released the next day on a pretrial release.

Chura Rhonda Potter, 40, of Tama was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for possession of a controlled substance. Potter was released the next day under her own recognizance.

June 7

Roeles Reyes Cavazos, 27, of Tama was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for 32 counts of violation of a domestic no contact order. Cavazos was released the same day on a pretrial release.

Johanna Faye Dittmer, 39, of Toledo was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for third degree theft.

Stacy Renee Kapayou, 44, of Tama was arrested by DCS for violation of probation.

Dustin Lee Carmer, 36, of Grinnell was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for failing to appear in court.
