Arrest Report – Tama County Jail

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

May 24

Michael Andrew Darling, 36, of Marshalltown was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for failure to register as a sex offender.

May 26

Demarcus Deshun Flowers, 30, of Waterloo was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for violation of probation.

May 27

Logun Lee Freese, 22, of Tama was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for OWI (first offense) and failing to obey a stop or yield sign. Freese was released the same day on a pre-trial release.

Gage Austin Dudley, 18, was arrested by the Dysart Police Department for third degree sexual abuse.

Elizabeth Rose Bullshoe, 34, of Tama was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for failing to appear in court.

Michael Allan Small, 57, of Garwin was arrested by the Tama Police Department for violation of a domestic no contact order. Small was released the next day on unsecured bond.

May 28

Leo Darren Bullshoe III, 31, of Toledo was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for failing to appear in court, two charges of possession of controlled substances, unlawful possession of prescription drugs and failing to report contraband. Bullshoe III was released on May 31 on a surety bond.

Luis Andres Reyes, 40, of Osceola was arrested by Meskwaki Tribal Police for third degree harassment and public intoxication. Reyes was released the next day for agreeing to appear in court on his own behalf.

Johanna Faye Dittmer, 39, of Toledo was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for two charges of possession of a controlled substance, open alcohol container and providing false identification. Dittmer was released on June 1 on her own recognizance.

May 29

Delicia Jasmine Guevara, 25, of Ankeny was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for OWI (first offense), possession of a controlled substance, open alcohol container and providing false identification. Guevara was released the next day on her own recognizance.

Scott Michael Lewis, 36, of Marion was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for failing to appear in court. Lewis was released the next day on a surety bond.

May 30

Donald Charles Fessler, 53, of Dubuque was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for OWI (first offense). Fessler was released the same day on his own recognizance.

Aileena Marie Ironshell, 25, of Tama was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for OWI (first offense). Ironshell was released the same down on her own recognizance.
