Arrest Report – Tama County Jail

April 25 – May 2, 2022

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

April 25

Michael Curtis Branch, 46, of Cedar Rapids was arrested by Highway Patrol for identity theft, providing false identification to a law or public service official and two warrants. Branch was released the next day.

Bradley Isaac Shuckahosee, 31, of Cedar Rapids was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for violation of probation. Shuckahosee was sentenced and released on 5/2/2022

Stephanie Diane Panosh, 36, of Tama was arrested by the Tama Police Department for violating a mediation agreement (first offense).

April 26

Zackary Allen Eggers, 39, of Montour was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant. Eggers was released the same day.

Byron Lee Moritz, 22, of Toledo was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant.

April 27

Javion Donte’ Thomas, 19, of Marion was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for OWI (first offense), having no valid drivers license, failure to provide proof of financial liability, failure to display registration, possession of drug paraphernalia, and two counts of theft in the fifth degree. Thomas was released the next day on his own recognizance

April 28

Tyler James Sanders, 30, of Marshalltown was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Sanders was released the next day on a surety bond.

Austin Lee Anthony Stanley, 24, of Cedar Falls was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for violation of probation. Stanley was released on 4/30/2022 on a surety bond.

Vikki Lyn Frye, 61, of Marshalltown was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, domestic assault with intent to cause harm, willfully causing bodily injury and reckless driving. Frye was released the next day on a pre-trial release.

Donald Wellington Wanatee Jr, 40, of Meskwaki was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance.

Eric Jose Pesina, 18, of Tama was arrested by the Tama Police Department on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Pesina was released the next day on bond.

April 29

Todd Angela Davis, 42, of Traer was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Davis was released the next day on a surety bond.

Bostyn Richard Doyle, 19, of Tama was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for two violations of probation. Doyle was released the same day on bond.

Redmond Lee Keahna, 36, of Marshalltown was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for failing to appear in court.

April 30

Roeles Reyes Cavazos, 27, of Tama was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for domestic assault resulting in bodily injury and interfering with law officials. Cavazos was released the next day on a pre-trial release.

May 1

Greg Steven Klingelhut, 61, of Ames was arrested by Meskwaki Tribal Police for public intoxication. Klingelhut was released the same day after pleading guilty.

Byron Lee Moritz, 22, of Toledo was arrested by the Tama Police Department for third degree burglary and theft in the third degree. Moritz was released the same day on a pre-trial release.

Kari Lynn Hildahl, 25, of Tama was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Hildahl was released the next day on a surety bond.

Jhesie Aaron Hill, 35, of Clutier was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for first degree harassment. Hill was released the next day on a pre-trial release.

May 2

Simon Lee Buffalo, 41, of Tama was arrested by Meskwaki Tribal Police on a warrant for failing to appear in court.

Randall Scott Wilkening, 57, of State Center was arrested by Meskwaki Tribal Police for failing to appear in court by citation and fourth degree theft. Wilkening was released the same day on his own recognizance.
