A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

April 18

Lu Reh, 45, of Marshalltown was arrested by Meskwaki Tribal Police for OWI (first offense). Reh was released the same day under his own recognizance.

Matthew Tyler Olson, 24, of Garwin was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant.

Francisco De La Cruz Jr, 21, of Clutier was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant out of Story county. He was released the same day on bond.

Victor Ernest Hernandez Moreno, 21, of Marshalltown was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for violation of probation.

Larry Robert Prush, 40, of Marshalltown was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for failure to appear in court.

Bostyn Richard Doyle, 19, of Tama was arrested by the Tama Police Department for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and drug tax stamp violations. Doyle was released on April 26 on bond.

Rolando Keahna, 18, of Toledo was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for OWI (first offense), driving with a license that was denied or revoked, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without liable coverage, willfully failing to return license or registration, improper rear lamps, not being authorized to manufacture a controlled substance, keeping a vehicle or premise for controlled substances and drug tax stamp violations. Keahna was released on April 22 on a surety bond.

April 19

Kelly Colleen Love, 53, was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant.

Jared Todd Nemmers, 31, of Belle Plaine was arrested by Benton County for a violation of conditional pretrial release.

Somboun Cam, 54, of Des Moines was arrested by Meskwaki Tribal Police for 2 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, a controlled substance violation and being ineligible to carry a permit for weapons.

Cody John Kelso, 34, of Grinnell was arrested by Meskwaki Tribal Police for violation of probation, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a prescription drug, trespassing (first offense), and for a warrant for failure to appear in court.

John Patrick Kearney, 57, of Toledo was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for knowingly interfering with an official, and two warrants for failing to appear in court.

April 20

Kayla Mae Bergom, 27, of Des Moines was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant, and three counts of sexual misconduct with a city jail official. Bergom was released the same day on a pre-trial release.

John Patrick Kearney, 57, of Toledo was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on two counts of failing to appear in court.

April 21

James Garrett Roberts Jr, 22, of Tama was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for OWI (second offense), driving with a revoked or denied license and failure to maintain control of his vehicle. Roberts was released the same day on bond.

April 22

Teresa Kay Spencer. 57, of Garwin was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for driving while barred, operating a non-registered vehicle, being unable to provide proof of financial liability and fraudulent use of registration.

Brandon Lee Beerbower, 25, of Pleasant Hill was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, OWI (first offense) and failing to obey traffic control devices. Beerbower was released for agreeing to appear in court on his own.

April 23

Jorge Salinas, 31, of Tama was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for OWI (first offense), speeding, and having an open container containing alcohol. Salinas was released the same day for agreeing to appear in court on his own.

Bojali E Binuyo, 29, of Shawnee Missouri was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for driving with a revoked or denied license and operating a non-registered vehicle.

Keri Ann Kopriva, 42, of Elberon was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant.

April 24

Jorge Luis Castorena Jr, 33 of Tama was arrested by Meskwaki Tribal Police for OWI (first offense) speeding, having an open container containing alcohol, violation of registration and failing to provide proof of financial liability. Castorena was released on the same day for agreeing to appear in court on his own.

Paris Adriana Potter-Smith, 26, of Tama was arrested by the Tama Police Department for violation of probation.
