Arrest Report – Tama County Jail

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
Nov. 18
Lexi Anne Lynch, 23, of Marshalltown was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to appear in court and on a warrant from Meskwaki Police for trespassing. Lynch was released on bond on Nov. 19.
Nov. 19
Bostyn Richard Doyle, 18, of Tama was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office for violating conditions of his pretrial release. Doyle was released on bond the same day.
Jose Leonardo Morales Ramirez, 20, of Tama was arrested by Toledo Police for driving under suspension, failure to provide proof of financial liability and for a federal warrant.
Nov. 20
Dillon Rion Graves, 22, of Toledo was arrested by Meskwaki Police for OWI (1st offense) and failure to maintain control of a vehicle. Graves was released the same day.
Trudi Ann Mathes, 39, of Cedar Rapids was arrested by Tama Police on two counts of 2nd degree harassment. Mathes was released the same day on bond.
Mekala Mahala Beth Yoder, 23, of Toledo was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office for OWI (1st offense), interference with official acts, public intoxication, driving while a license is revoked and failure to maintain control of a vehicle. Yoder was released on Nov. 24 on bond.
Roeles Reyes Cavazos, 26, of Tama was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office for public intoxication and interference with official acts. Cavazos was released on Nov. 21.
Adam Willis Kapayou, 41, of Tama was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for 3rd degree arson. Kapayou was released on Nov. 21.
Cody Michael Hitchcock, 32, of Tama was arrested by Tama Police for public intoxication. Hitchcock was released on Nov. 21.
Ashley Darlene Koehler, 34, of Van Horne was arrested by Tama Police for driving while barred, OWI (3rd offense), driving with a revoked license, driving under suspension and driving while license is suspended. Koehler was released on bond on Nov. 21.
Nov. 21
Lauresa Cerise Squire, 26, of Tama was arrested by Toledo Police for OWI (2nd offense).
Nov. 22
Ashley Ruth Johnson, 39, of Toledo was arrested by Toledo Police for OWI (2nd offense), driving under suspension, failure to provide proof of financial liability, operating a non-registered vehicle and a new title/registration transfer violation. Johnson was released the same day on her own recognizance.
Raeleigh Rene Rose Purk, 24, of Tama was arrested by Tama Police for probation violation. Purk was released on bond on Nov. .23.
Thadius Dre Garcia, 18, of Toledo was arrested by Tama Police for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana, 1st offense).
Weston Lee Lamar, 24, of Cedar Rapids was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office for driving while barred, driving under suspension and for speeding. Lamar was released on Nov. 23.
Nov. 23
David A. Bonilla-Martinez, 30, of Toledo was arrested by Toledo Police for possession of a controlled substance.
Nov. 24
Virgene Stacey Walker, 51, of Des Moines was arrested by Toledo Police for driving under suspension and for failure to provide proof of financial liability. Walker was released the same day after pleading guilty.
Louis Rass Kerby Jr, 28, of Davenport was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office for OWI (3rd offense), driving while license is revoked, speeding and for an open container violation. Kerby was released on bond on Nov. 25.
