Arrests – Tama County

Aug. 19

Jonathan Thomas Cowles, 32, was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Office for two counts of violation of probation.

Larry Robert Prusha, 39, was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Office for one count violation of probation.

Todd Earnest Dunsmoor, 52, was arrested by Tama Police Department on a warrant. Dunsmoor was released on a cash bond on Aug. 19.

Aug. 20

Mekala Mahala Beth Yoder, 23, was arrested by Toledo Police Department for OWI-1st offense, three counts of abandonment/neglect of a dependent person, and driving on the wrong side of a 2-way highway. Yoder was released on her own recognizance on Aug. 20.

Dakota James Collinson, 19, was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for two counts of failure to appear in court and violation of probation. Collinson was released on his own recognizance on Aug. 20.

Patrick John Kearney, 57, was arrested by Toledo Police Department for possession of a controlled substance-3rd degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, burglary-3rd degree, gathering where controlled substances are used, gathering for use of marijuana, drug tax stamp violations, drug trafficking, and a warrant for failure to appear.

Aug. 21

Ezra Oliver Seymour, 20, was arrested by Tama Police Department for OWI-1st offense, false identification, interference with official acts, harassing public official/employee, operating a non-registered vehicle, and failure to provide proof of financial liability. Seymour was released on his own recognizance on Aug. 21.

Aug 22.

Nilson Roberto Martinez Ruiz, 29, was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Department for OWI-1st offense and speeding. Martinez Ruiz was released on a surety bond on Aug. 22.

A juvenile was arrested by Tama Police Department for possession of a controlled substance-marijuana-1st offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal mischief-5th degree, and interference with official acts.

Aug. 23

Aaron Sarmiento, 30, was arrested by Toledo Police Department for driving while barred. Sarmiento was released on his own recognizance on Aug. 23.

Aaron Francis Bordsen, 35, was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for violation of probation.

Aug. 24

Alex James Haines, 27, was arrested by Meskwaki Tribal Police on a warrant from Scott County. Haines was released on Aug. 24.

A juvenile was arrested by Toledo Police Department for assault with injury-law officer, interfering with official acts-inflicting bodily harm, possession of a controlled substance-marijuana 1st offense.

Aug. 25

Scott Lawrence Reavis, 58, was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Department for felon in control of a firearm, going armed with intent, assault-displaying a dangerous weapon, and possession of a controlled substance.

Tristen Marie Caldwell, 35, was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Department for assault-displaying a dangerous weapon, reckless use of firearms, three counts of child endangerment, keeping a drug house, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Caldwell was released on surety bond Aug. 25.

Stacy Leigh Rook, 50, was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant.

Jerome Emmanuel Dailey, 37, was arrested by Meskwaki Tribal Police on a warrant for driving while barred, interference with official acts-inflicting bodily injury, false identification to law/public service officer.
