MARSHALLTOWN – The IVCCD Board of Directors will receive an update on the Orpheum Theater project by Director Pip Gordon, when it meets on Wednesday, Feb. 10 at 4 p.m. in the District Office Board Room, 3702 S. Center St., Marshalltown.

Agenda items include the FY2011 Estimated Budget presented for publication with a public hearing to be held on March 1 at 5 p.m. The Board will address Industrial New Jobs Training Certificates action.

Also on the agenda is a new contract agreement between IVCCD and Colo-NESCO Community School District for college credit courses to high school students. An agreement for limited professional services for Phase I of the IVCC Grinnell FEMA Mitigation Project will be considered with Haila Architecture.

Approval of voluntary early retirement plan applications will be addressed.

The IVCCD Board will consider approval of a certificate of substantial completion of the IVCCD Agriculture and Renewable Energy Center Building Exterior and components at Ellsworth Community College.

The public is welcome to attend the board meetings.
