Kwik Star was approved for a three-year, 100% commercial Tax Abatement at 1002 S. County Road.
The Council approved the pay correction of Police Officer Nicholas Ryan from $19.23/hr to $20.19
The Council approved the request to increase the pay for Sergeant Kyle Howe to $27.88/hr with an annual salary of $58,000.
The City of Toledo authorized the certification of liens for nuisance mowing and/or delinquent utility account abatements to the Tama County Treasurer for the following:

504 S. Church: $250.00
609 S. Broadway: $250.00
3140 K. Avenue: $250.00
The city of Toledo’s office will be closed Monday, Dec. 26, 2022, and the Council moved to change the meeting date to Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2022.
