7:24 p.m.- Lacey Marie Nerness, 37, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of South Prospect drive on a charge of domestic assault- choking- bodily injury by Toledo Police. Released on May 8 at 9 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

12:58 a.m.- Johnathan Cabral Rodriguez, 36, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main Street on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, possession of marijuana- 2nd offense and possession of drug paraphernalia by Toledo Police.

3:34 p.m.- Bradley Jared Timm, 46, Mingo, Iowa, arrested in the 1200 block of Highway 30, Tama, on charges of driving while barred, vehicle insurance violation and fraudulent use of registration by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 13 at 3 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

6:27 p.m.- Kevin Edward Cecak, 59, Toledo,m arrested in the 1200 block of south Church Street on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Toledo Police. Released on May 14 at 10:05 on personal recognizance bond.

8:12 p.m.- Donald Joseph Porraro, 47, Garwin, arrested in the 300 block of Main Street, Garwin, on a charge of domestic abuse assault- 3rd or subsequent offense by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
