South Tama Archery Club qualifies archers for state tournament
With the conclusion of the regular archery season, the South Tama Archery Club has qualified several student archers to compete at the state tournament.
The Iowa state archery tournament will be held March 27-29 at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines.
Students who qualified for the state tournament include:
High School – Individual
Timm Chandonia, Ava Boldt, Shelby Ford, Dakota Bogue, Kendra Svacina, Grace Gomez, Isabella Ortiz, Clarissa Dvorak, Brenden Weitzell, Anthony Beck, Jayden Hiles.
Middle School – Individual
Connor Bradley, Alexandro Placencia, Lexie Cowles, Tucker Atcher, Dominic Homan.
Elementary School – Individual:
Carter Bradley, Jaxsyn Behounek, Kade Haughey, Wayde Atcher, Colt Schumacher, Josie Strellner.
The South Tama high school bullseye team also qualified for the state meet. Team members include Dakota Bogue, Kiera Crouch, Shelby Ford, Isabel Gomez, Jayden Hiles, Quintyn Schroeder, Kendra Svacina, Anthony Beck, Ava Boldt, Clarissa Dvorak, Brenden Weitzell, Grace Gomez, Timm Chandonia, Betina Norheim, and Isabella Ortiz.
