STC Archery Club competes at Nationals

On May 10th, 21 Middle School and 17 Elementary students represented South Tama County at the NASP (National Archery in the Schools Program) National Tournament in Louisville, Kentucky.

The teams qualified at the state archery tournament in March and officially found out that they were accepted to Nationals on April 10th.

The top 12 middle school scorers with their scores and number of tens is as follows:

The Elementary team shot at 2:45 p.m. on May 10th. They were able to score a total of 2851 points and had 55 “tens”.

This score placed them in 127th place out of 171 teams at the tournament. The top 12 elementary school scorers with their scores and number of tens is as follows
