UNI Women’s Golf Takes 13th at Little Rock Classic

HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE, Arkansas – The University of Northern Iowa women’s golf team concluded play at the 2017 Little Rock Golf Classic today, finishing in 13th place.
The Panthers finished with a final team score of 315 in round three at the Diamante Country Club. The Panthers posted a final team score of 910 to finish ahead of UT Rio Grande Valley and UT Arlington.
Paige Van Dyk remained in the lead for the Panthers after shooting 5-over (77) in round three. Van Dyk also carded the team’s only two birdies on the day.
Emily Snelling tied for 34th place after her 8-over (80) score on the day.
Maddie Bertsch shot 6-over (78) on the day, leaving her tied for 47th place.
Sarah McMichael also shot 8-over (80) in round three, while Sydney Eaton trailed after shooting 10-over (82).
