The annual STC Gator Bowl will be held tonight, Friday, August 18 at South Tama County High School.

The Gator Bowl is a great opportunity for families, friends and fans to get a preview of the upcoming fall season for the Volleyball, Football and Cross Country Teams and Cheerleaders.

Schedule of events:

5:15 – 6:00 p.m. Freshman – Varsity Volleyball scrimmage

6:00 p.m. – Introduction of the Volleyball and Cross Country teams

6:15 – 6:45 p.m. – Freshman Football scrimmage

6:45 p.m. Football Cheerleader Introductions

7 – 7:45 p.m. Varsity Football scrimmage

Admission to the Gator Bowl is a bottle of Gatorade or Powerade.

The South Tama County Activity Boosters will also be on hand to collect memberships for anyone interested in supporting the Boosters.

“We would love to see you come out and watch our future stars in action,” said STC Activity Director Brent Bagnall.
