Approximately 60 people hit the streets of Toledo on Friday, July 3 for the annual Harry Gardner Toledo 5K. The race began at 7 p.m. by the Toledo Stoplight. Following the race were awards, a raffle and group photo. Chronicle Photo/Allison Graham

The annual Harry Gardner Toledo 5K was held on Friday, July 3. It was a beautiful evening to run through the streets of Toledo. The sun was shining and the highest temp of the day was 78 degrees.

The overall male winner was Tyler Husak and the overall female winner was Dee Dee Nims.

A raffle was held after the awards ceremony with items donated by Steve Ryan.

Proceeds from the race go to the South Tama County High School Croxx Country team.
