Toledo Farmers Market
Dawn Troutner Toledo Market Master
Market Report for May 17, 2019
Rain, rain go away stop scaring our vendors away. It was a very rainy night for the Toledo Farmers’ Market. There were five vendors and a handful of customers that braved the weather and came out to the Toledo Farmers’ Market.
Kristi had kolaches, rolicky, cinnamon and pecan rolls, pies, cookies, twisty, bars and asparagus.
Shirley and Michael brought kolaches, rolicky, bismarks, noodles, and aloe plants.
Chuck and Ginger brought pies, small breads, kolaches, eggs, and popcorn It was brought to my attention that I omitted Chuck and Ginger from last week’s article. I am sorry; they were at market last Friday.
Dawn brought asparagus.
Joe and Barb had cinnamon bread, small pies, granola, and cookies. Those would have been seas salt caramel chocolate chip cookies.
Next week let’s hope for awesome weather. Mark your calendars and bring your lawn chairs, we will have entertainment. The South Tama High School and Middle School Jazz Bands under the direction of Mr. Carnahan will be performing. See you at market.
