At the Home Show the Wieting Theatre Guild had a guessing game and a drawing. The guessing game was “How many Mike & Ike’s candies were in a very nice plastic storage container?” The number was 554 and the closest number was submitted by Ed Upah. His guess was 555. Congratulations to him. Ed-share with Mary Ann.

We also had a drawing for a series of Fine Arts tickets for all the shows, compliments of a former teacher, Anne Michaels. The name drawn was Earl McCreary. Congratulations Earl and thank you to Anne for her generous donation.

Here’s the current Happenings at the Wieting. Jeralyn’s Dance Recital April 5th at 2 p.m.

April 9 The Iowa Supreme Court will hold court and hear a case. They will give their decision on the case also. The time is 7 p.m. at the Wieting.

We have such a variety of things going on at the Wieting besides the movies. Why don’t you give us a try- you might like it!
