Letter to the Editor: Matt Dean’s fire

Editor’s note: We believe Mr. Anderson is referring to Matthew Edward Daniels, who passed away on Aug. 9 after a fire at his house in Tama.

Matt Dean’s house caught on fire down the street in Tama, and he was killed. I say killed not a victim of a fire accident as it fits to a tee of what happened to me on May 7 when I had a home invasion, and the Tama PD illegally coerced me to kill my four dogs. My upcoming trial will show that one of a pack of adolescents perpetrated this crime, with the Tama Police only too willing to look the other way and blame the “usual suspects.” Now they expect us to believe Matt started a fire to “stay warm” and the embers from a faulty chimney blew back. Once again, the cops went in shooting and killed all of Matt’s dogs. When are the citizens of Tama going to realize the police are out of control and it stops at the Mayor’s office. Far as I’m conferenced it was murder.
