Dear Editor:

The difference between governor Culver and governor Brandstad. Governor Culver is spending money on highway construction, veterans home in Marshalltown, and juvenile home in Toledo. I remember governor Brandstad at ground breaking ceremony for a taxpayer horse track in Altoona, and governor Brandstad was for spending money sending his high school son to school in Missouri.
