Terry Brandstad brags about a big surplus he left Iowa. Does Brandstad think Iowa should be a bank? Chet Culver spent money fixing up the soldier home in Marshalltown, fixing the Juvenile Home in Toledo. State money is going for highway improvements. Did Brandstad need all that money to bail out his son and brother who kept getting into trouble with the law?
