Dear Editor:

WHO radio news played comments of state representative Lance Horbach saying what the difference of text messaging in a car and text messaging in a building. If Lance Horbach doesn’t know the difference my opinion Lance Horbach shouldn’t be walking the streets. Hey Lance a building cann’t go 55 miles an hour. I’m not worried of a person texting in a building killing me.
