Letters to the Editor:

Thank you to those who cared enough to influence the placement of barriers on the north end of the new highway 63 overpass. Apathy is a community killer. This community will be as safe, thriving, and attractive as the citizens who live here make it.

“Mainstreet” is a reflection of the health of the community. I am, as they say, “not from here”, but I am from a place which will not sit still until it’s community thrives. There are two phrases which make my ears ring; “we can’t because” and “yes, but”.

Again, thank you to whoever cared enough to say “we can and we will”.
