Dear Editor:

Live in Toledo, Iowa, if you have cable tv you can get Des Moines, Waterloo, and Cedar Rapids tv stations. If you have Directv you can get only Cedar Rapids, Waterloo stations. My brother lives in Marshalltown and has Directv and gets only Des Moines tv stations. Why does the government let cable tv carry more local tv but doesn’t let satellite tv carry more local stations?
