Sandra Husak

TOLEDO-Sandra Kay Husak, 80, of Toledo, passed away Friday, March 27, 2026 at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City. Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 31, 2026 from 5-7 PM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama. A Private Family Graveside Service will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery in Toledo.

Survivors include her daughter, J. (Jason) Tiedeman and their son; her son, Matt (Jess) Husak of Toledo and their children, Connor Mattingly, Brady, Peyton, and Tyler Husak; daughter-in-law, Kris Husak of LeGrand and her children, Evan Husak, Madison (Avery) Heinrichs, and Gavin Husak.
