TAMA-Toni Lea Lasley, 77, of Tama, passed away, Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at UnityPoint-Grinnell Regional Medical Center. A Traditional Wake will be held Thursday, February 26, 2026 at the Eagle Clan Ceremonial Building on the Meskwaki Settlement, rural Tama. A Traditional Graveside Service will be held Friday, February 27, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Morgan Cemetery on the Meskwaki Settlement, rural Tama with Larry Lasley as speaker

Survivors include her son, Brent; grandchildren, Sophia, Syrus, and Sorin; nephews, Larry Sr. (Marcine), Orrie Jr. (Sonja), Joey (Nana); nieces, Laurie (Javier), Leigh, and Allison; adopted brothers, Sidney Keahna, and Henry Hunter; aunts, Rae Jean and V. Wanda Lasley; her sister cousins, Debra Douglas, Adri Mauskemo, and Pamela Balderas; and numerous extended family members.
