Delores Troxell

TAMA-Delores Mae Mitchell Troxell, 83, of Tama, passed away Saturday, July 12, 2025 at home under the care of Iowa River Hospice. A Public Visitation will be held Monday, July 14, 2025 from 12-3 PM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama. Interment will be at a later date at Oak Hill Cemetery in Tama.

Survivors include her children, Andrea (Kirby) Brown of Tama, Elmer (Sandra) Troxell of Toledo, Marcellus Troxell of Tama, Mary Troxell of Toledo, Rebecca (Ruben) Garcia of Tama, Jared Troxell of Tama, and Caleb Troxell of Toledo; twenty grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren and one on the way; siblings, Joyce Wolfe of Tama, Marcellus Mitchell of Tama, Roberta (William) Hale of Garwin, Yvette Davila of Des Moines; brother-in-law, Frank Wanatee Sr. of Tama; sister-in-law, Patsy Troxell of Ill; and several nieces and nephews.
