Rose Feisel

Rose “Rosella” Feisel of Tama-Toledo passed away on May 2, 2024, at Sunny Hill Care Center.

Per her wishes and her family, cremation rites will be accorded. There will be a family led celebration of life on May 24th, 2024, at the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Tama from 4:30- 7:30 P.M. Rose Feisel was born December 11, 1937, at her home in Vining, Iowa. She was the daughter of Joseph Charles Melsa and Mildred Agnes Melsa (Formanek). Rosella attended schools in the Tama-Toledo area. In 2008 she married her husband, Harry Lee Feisel in Las Vegas, Nevada and they made their home in south Tama. The majority of her career Rose worked for and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. She also worked at Meskwaki Bingo, Casino and Hotel in Tama, Iowa. In her spare time, she enjoyed playing cards and going to the casino. Rose also enjoyed dancing and listening to music, especially live bands. Her greatest joy was spending time with family, friends, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Left to cherish her memories are her children, Brenda Lynk and Jimmy Beltz, her grandchildren; Nicholas Lynk, Crystal Greer, Wyatt Beltz, and Jackson Beltz, her great grandchildren; Oriah Johnson, Isaiah Johnson, Aliah Johnson, Kinnick Greer, Jaiden Greer, Rhyatt Lynk, and Raelyn Beltz, her great- great grandchildren; Braylen, Grayson, Jackson Wenston, Issac, Lucas, and Micah.

Rose is preceded in death by her husband from her first marriage, Donald Beltz, her husband from her second marriage, Harry Lee Feisel, her brother Leonard Melsa, her parents, Joseph and Mildred Melsa, her grandson Michael Davenport and her fur babies, Princess and Fefe.
