Richard Suchy

Richard “Buddie” Suchy, 89 of Elberon, IA passed away November 14, 2023, at Keystone Care Center.

Richard was born May 15, 1934, to Milo Frank and Alice B. (Viktora) Suchy at home in Elberon. He attended country school and worked at Skelly Station in Belle Plaine, IA. Richard enjoyed going dancing with Pauline. He had also in the past called square dances. He always played musical instruments. Richard played the sax in his family’s band in the 1950’s, “Milo & his Melodians.” There were always good conversations about old farm equipment/farming at places like The Old Threshers Reunion and Antique Acres.
