Cindy Ziolkowski

Cindy Ziolkowski was born February 23, 1955, at the Cornbelt Hospital, Belle Plaine, IA, the daughter of Charles and Phillis (Smith) Stull. Cindy married Stanislaw Ziolkowski on April 11, 1976. They settled in Tama where they raised their two children, Emily and Stan Jr.

The greatest job Cindy had during her lifetime was that of a mother and a grandmother. She raised her three grandsons, spoiled, and loved them all through their lives.

Cindy was happiest when she had a full house of family and friends to cook for. Cindy loved winning at 500 Rummy which she always cheated at.

Cindy loved her family and would do anything for them. Cindy was a warrior against her cancer. Facing every challenge that came her way fearlessly. Cindy and her family fought for every day to be together.

A real lady always knows when it is time to leave the room, and she did just that on July 2, 2023.

Cindy is survived by her husband of 47 years, Stanislaw Ziolkowski; her daughter Emily (Jose) Nunez; grandchildren: Manuel Ochoa, Daniel (Saylor Upah) Ziolkowski, Dominick Ochoa; her son, Stan (Tyler Jones) Ziolkowski Jr.; her favorite grand-pets, Lieben and Maxwell; sisters, Bonnie Brown, Karen Pillars; brothers, Danny Stull, Larry (Deb) Stull, Jimmy (Debbie) Stull, Lester (Wanda) Stull and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister Tonda; brothers, Brenton, Roger, Gummer, Leland and David.

There will be no service per Cindy’s request. In lieu of flowers, Cindy has asked for donations to help the family pay for her medical expenses. Online condolences can be made to the family at www.neuhausfuneralservice.com.
