Keith Cochran

Keith Jon Cochran, age 77, of Tama, passed away Sunday, August 1, 2020 at UnityPoint Health in Marshalltown.

Keith was born May 29, 1943 in Iowa Falls to parents Floyd and Alta (Garrison) Cochran. He grew up in Marshalltown. As the baby of the family, he was known as “Little Tiker.” Even now, Keith’s family refers to him as “Uncle Tiker.”

He worked for several years at Meredith Publishing in Des Moines. Keith later made his home in Tama and most recently worked at Jiffy convenience store as a clerk. He had a great sense of humor and loved to joke around with people.

Left to cherish his memory are his sisters: Ruth Moffet and Helen Fehrle; nieces and nephews: Patty Hale, Scott Cochran, Steven Cochran, Sandra Fitzgerald and Virginia Versteegh; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

Keith is preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Alta and his brother Donald Cochran.
