Tammy S. Cecak, 51, of Tama, was born May 9, 1964, and passed away, January 6, 2016, at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics. Tammy lost her battle with cancer and will be greatly missed by her husband, children, fourteen grandchildren, mother, sister and her friends.

Tammy was preceded in death by her father, Kenny and her sister, Joann.

It was her wish to be cremated and there will be no public services.
