The annual Stoplight Festival returned to Toledo last Friday, and for the second straight year, rain affected the evening. This year, however, the festival continued on thanks to the completion of the covered bandstand after the rain started around 6:30. Former News Chronicle editor Darvin Graham sang the national anthem, and UpRoar and Dogs on Skis both performed songs for the crowd. A variety of food trucks were on hand, and of course, the beloved Toledo Stoplight had its moment in the spotlight once again.
