Two minutes. Blink, and you would have missed Monday’s City of Toledo Special Meeting as it went from roll call to adjournment in just two minutes. The meeting was to approve hiring local Rodney See as a police officer.

Rodney grew up in Tama-Toledo and graduated from South Tama. He’s been in law enforcement for several years after his retirement from the Navy. Rodney currently lives in Reinbeck.

See will start on March 9 and start out with an already topped out wage of $32.45 due to his experience.
