Mark your calendars! The Tama-Toledo Community Yard Sale Weekend is back on Friday, Sept. 12, and Saturday, Sept. 13, featuring different sales spread across both communities.

This event, coordinated by Charles Betz of Tama, follows on the heels of a successful citywide sale earlier this summer. Betz organized the effort through a Facebook group, Tama-Toledo Community Yard Sales, where residents can share details, photos, and featured items ahead of the big weekend.

Shoppers can expect to find a wide variety of items: antiques and collectibles, clothes and kids’ gear, tools, home goods, and plenty of surprises.

Residents hosting sales are encouraged to join the Facebook group to be added to the map, listing their location, sale hours, and featured items.
