ELBERON — The Elberon Area Women’s Club met Oct. 22 with four members present. President Norma Riha called the meeting to order. Secretary was not present. Treasurer Doris Parizek gave a financial report.

Discussed possibly removing the plants from the flower pots, but decided to leave them until the November meeting because most still looked nice. Will let Mother Nature care for them this month.

The Women’s Club will have a bake sale with the Elberon Fire and Rescue Fish Fry on Nov. 15. The money from the bake sale will be given to the Elberon Library.

At the November meeting we will discuss maybe having a town holiday lights contest.
