Last Friday, up town Toledo was filled with all sorts of legal frights. Children of all ages dressed in the best and the scariest costumes walked along State Street Trick R’ Treating from the Counties emergency services. From the firefighters and paramedics to police officers and a K-9 Sheriff’s Deputy, candy and fun was shoveled out by the handful. Children left with full buckets and smiles not wanting the Halloween fun to end.
