Last Saturday, April 22nd, dresses flowed in the cool breeze, and tuxes were donned by the students of South Tama County High School. In front of a large crowd sitting on the gym bleachers, students walked two by two (and sometimes three by three) down a red paper carpet to stand under a large cardboard star. The theme was Hollywood, and as the students glided over the hardwood, they were greeted with the clicks and flashes of their family’s amateur paparazzi impressions. Clad in pink, Mollie Wobeter was crowned Prom Queen as Ethan Cruikshank became the reigning Prom King.
