County employees honored for service

On Monday, March 28 the Tama County Board of Supervisors presented the annual Years of Service Awards to 21 county employees that had reached milestone years over the past 12 months.

The awards included:

15 years: Janine Anderson, Assessor; Patrick Ryan, Roads; Joseph Quandt, Sheriff

20 years: Joanne Husak, Economic Development; Dawn Jensen, Public Health; Marcia Sawdey, Recorder

25 years: Curtis Hilmer, Roads; Douglas Dolash, Roads

35 years: Christy Wilson, Roads

40 years: Brent Heeren, Attorney
